This is a home that feels both modern and warm, with a soft, cohesive décor in grey tones that creates a calm and elegant atmosphere throughout.
As you enter, you're greeted by an open, sunlit space that invites you to relax. The living and dining areas are designed for connection, whether you’re gathering for a meal, planning your day’s adventures, or simply enjoying the light that floods in through large windows. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, with everything needed to cook and share your favorite dishes.
There are three spacious bedrooms, each featuring a queen-sized bed and wardrobe, offering private retreats for rest and relaxation. A fourth bedroom with a single bed is perfect for a child or an additional guest. All rooms are bright, airy, and fitted with air conditioning to ensure comfort no matter the season.
The apartment has two bathrooms—one with a bathtub for leisurely soaks, and another with a shower for quick refreshes after a day at the beach. A washing machine adds to the convenience, while the dedicated parking space ensures easy access for those with a car.
Located on the first floor, Ardian’s Home is tucked into the quiet residential neighborhood of Parigoria, a charming area that blends local authenticity with easy access to the best of Chania. Just a short drive or bike ride away, you’ll find Chrissi Akti—Golden Beach—a sandy, family-friendly spot ideal for swimming and sunbathing. Also nearby is Nea Chora, beloved for its seaside tavernas and casual beachfront strolls.
Chania’s Old Town is close enough to explore spontaneously, whether for an evening walk through the Venetian harbor or a lazy afternoon coffee in a shaded square.
