Azatis Luxury Villa in Chania is a luxurious retreat in Crete that combines elegance, comfort, and the pleasures of high-quality living.
Designed to provide maximum privacy for large groups, the villa spans an impressive 360 square meters and is structured as 2 independent, one-level residences connected by an external staircase. This layout allows for multiple families or groups to coexist with complete privacy and separate living spaces.
The villa features a total of 7 elegantly designed bedrooms and 7 modern bathrooms (6 ensuite and 1 non-ensuite), complemented by a stunning heated (at an extra cost) outdoor pool with children’s section and a hydromassage corner.
Each of the two separate floors includes its own living area, contemporary indoor dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen (or kitchenette). The bedrooms feature queen-size beds that can be converted into two single beds for ultimate flexibility.

Azatis Luxury Villa covers two separate levels of a total of 360 square meters and comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. The 7 bedrooms, 4 on the terrace level and 3 on the garden level, are elegantly designed, featuring hypoallergenic COCO-MAT mattresses for ultimate comfort. Each bedroom offers the option of a queen-size bed or two single beds, ensuring adaptability for different group needs.
There are 6 ensuite bathrooms with high-end showers and a family one, providing convenience for large groups.
The living spaces are adorned with minimalistic yet warm decor, fostering a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
The property’s outdoor area spans an impressive 4,000 square meters and includes a jacuzzi and a private heated pool (at an extra cost) with dimensions of 48 square meters and a depth of 1.5 meters. The pool area is surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas, side tables, and a poolside shower.
Adjacent to the pool, a grassy area offers a delightful space for children to play. The outdoor gas barbecue and shaded dining area make for wonderful al fresco dining experiences.
The villa is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy, and includes parking for up to four vehicles.
