The Courtyard Views Deluxe Suites offer comfortable interiors and a welcome break after a long day on the beach. The suites are a careful combination of style, elegance and old world charm, as they are uniquely decorated featuring colonial, dark-wood furnishings.
The Courtyard Views Deluxe Suites feature a three quarter double bed, deluxe mattresses ensuring guests comfort and rest, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee/tea & sugar sachets and air-conditioning. Flat screen televisions, satellite and wifi complimentary all day. Colonial paddle fans are also an option for late afternoon cooling down sessions reading a book or just enjoying a siesta.
Due to local building regulations & its central location, Balhambra Suites does not offer a swimming pool. Local beach is 100 meters from the property. Foki beach is approximately 5 mins by car, as well as Emblissi beach.

For any cancellations made 21 days before the arranged arrival date there will be no fees.
For any cancellation that takes place 21 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
In case of a no-show, total value of stay will be charged. In case of departure prior to the arranged date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the remaining stay will apply.

- Relevant Cancellation Policy is attached to Rate Type/Suite Type/Season for reservation made by guest/OTA/Travel Agent. Please read carefully.
PAYMENT POLICY: The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to guest's arrival. Full amount of stay will be charged after free cancellation expiry date. In case of prauthorisation failure , the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservation without any further obligation.
- Regrettably no pets are permitted.
- Non Registered persons who are not booked guest's of the property are regrettably not permitted to enter/use any facilities of the property. These are reserved exclusively for paying guests only.
- Housekeeping 09:00 - 14:00 daily. Lost/non-returned keys are subject to a Euro 50.00 charge.
- Check In Time: 15:00 daily - Check Out Time: 11:00 daily - Early Check In/Out subject to availability.
- Municipal car park located 100 meters from the property. No charge.

Guests departing with early flights/ferries are requested to settle any other outstanding balance other than room charge the day before departure.
Damages to property will be charged to guests' final bill. Any item (clothing, electronic, valuables) left at the property cannot be guaranteed to be found by housekeeping. Regrettably we cannot forward items.
Balhambra Suites is regrettably not suited to guests with mobility difficulties. Stairs are prevalent due to the villa being listed as a heritage protected building.
