Upon entering, you’ll discover a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, refrigerator with freezer, espresso machine, frappe maker, and dishwasher. A dining area with seating for four and an inviting bright living room with an A/C unit provide a stylish atmosphere. A terrace extends from this level, leading to an outdoor dining setup, perfect for alfresco meals with a stunning backdrop.
To the right, the first bedroom is designed for comfort, featuring a double bed, an A/C unit, a TV and access to a terrace overlooking the sea.
On the left side of the entrance, a spacious bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub for relaxation.
Next to it, a bedroom offers either two single beds or a double bed, a TV, and A/C unit.
Opposite this room, the third bedroom comes with a double bed, a TV, an A/C unit, and access to a balcony where you can soak in the views.
Heading down to the ground floor, two more bedrooms await. One offers either two single beds or a double bed, a TV, and an A/C unit, while the other features a comfortable double bed, a TV, an A/C unit, and direct access to the patio. This level also includes a bathroom with a shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
A spacious living area on this level includes a large TV, an A/C unit, and a dining table for six, seamlessly connecting to the outdoor patio and yard.
The outdoor area is vast and beautifully designed, featuring large dining tables, a portable barbecue, a small outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator, an outdoor shower and sun loungers. A private pathway leads directly to the secluded beach, accessible only to the residences along this stretch of the coast, offering an exclusive seaside retreat.
