Aegean View Estate is a large apartment complex ideally located just a stone’s throw away from the bustling village of Faliraki in Rhodes. Guests can select from four apartments—Aegean View Estate-1, Aegean View Estate-2, Aegean View Estate-3, and Aegean View Estate-4—all offering magnificent sea views and access to a beautiful shared swimming pool. The property features expansive outdoor areas ideal for various activities, special occasions, and events. Each apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
Accommodation Details
Each apartment contains 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Additionally, the living room includes a comfy double sofa bed. The apartments have 2 bathrooms—one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A fully equipped kitchen with a sitting area and a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV featuring satellite and cable channels complete the interior. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The interior décor offers a cozy atmosphere of elegant simplicity. Outside, guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool with sunbeds, perfect for relaxation and play. The pool is deep enough for swimming but shallow near one end to safely accommodate toddlers.

The pool area is surrounded by a lush green hill dotted with pine and banana trees, adding an exotic touch to the garden. The grounds are fragrant with herbs and aromatic Mediterranean plants like basil, rosemary, mint, thyme, and marjoram. Guests are welcome to pick and taste figs, lemons, and apricots from the trees.
For entertainment, there is a table tennis table. The estate offers magnificent views on both sides: one overlooking Faliraki beach and the other over beautiful gardens and pine forests. There is also a dedicated children's activity area featuring basketball, table tennis, and swings. Parking is available within the secure gated courtyard.
