The villa features two floors with over 200 sqm of living space, comprising four bedrooms—three with double beds and one with bunk beds. Each bedroom is fully air-conditioned and boasts a unique style and character. All upstairs bedrooms open to their private furnished balconies, providing the ideal place to relax and enjoy the stunning sea view. There are three bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the others with showers.
The ground floor includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and a dining area that offers a great view of the sea. The spacious lounge invites relaxation with a comfortable couch and entertainment center, including a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. The lounge opens up to the furnished verandas and the pool area. The outdoor facilities are elegantly designed, featuring a 45 sqm infinity-style pool, an oversized terrace with a built-in BBQ, a dining area, and a WC.
