Garden Edge Villa (Villa 2) is located at the southern end of the Kerami Property with both sea and mountain facing views and is in close proximity to the kids playground. It features one king sized bed and one queen sized bed, spread across 100 m2 of refined living space.
This split–level villa is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, an exquisite dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor also includes a powder bathroom. Ascending on the upper floor level, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The villa accommodates up to 5 guests.
Outdoor Amenities
The villas’ outdoor space spans 365 m² are designed for ultimate privacy and exclusivity. The Deluxe Villa features its own independent exterior entrance, situated along the perimeter of the property. Entry is secured via a personal pin code, leading into a private parking area for up to two vehicles, including an EV charger for electric cars.
The villa's outdoor spaces are designed for pure relaxation and effortless enjoyment. A private infinity pool with sea views is surrounded by elegant sun loungers, while the outdoor kitchen and barbecue area make alfresco dining a pleasure. An outdoor shower adds a refreshing touch, perfect for cooling off between swims or rinsing after a day in the sun. Guests can unwind at the bar seating area, outdoor lounge, or enjoy meals in the dedicated dining space — perfect for gathering and enjoying warm Mediterranean evenings.
What makes this villa truly special is its close proximity to the Kidscape play area, allowing families to easily keep an eye on younger guests while enjoying the villa’s outdoor spaces. This convenient and family-friendly setting provides both comfort and peace of mind, creating a memorable retreat for guests of all ages.
Refundable damage deposit
A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Other policies
No events, parties, or gatherings are permitted on the property unless explicitly approved in writing by the Owner. Any approved event will incur an additional event fee, as determined by the Owner, and the Guest is responsible for all associated costs.
