It is not allowed to organize an event or party in the property without prior approval by Mykonos And More.
The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the villa is limited as per mentioned, unless Mykonos And More gives its prior written consent.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
Pool has no swimming guard.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool.

The house must be returned in the same condition of check in.
The villa is near to super markets, bakeries ,restaurants, beach bars, hair and nail salons, pharmacies, car/bike rentals, ATM. Within 2 km you can reach the famous Ornos beach, ideal for families as well as for large groups of friends.
Other famous beaches of the island like Psarou where the worldwide famous beach bar restaurant Nammos is, Paraga where the famous beach bar restaurant Scorpios is, Panormos where the Principote is, Tropicana beach bar etc are only 5-10 km driving away.
Mykonos airport is about 5 km away, while the port is 8 km approximately.
A transfer to/from the airport or port can be arranged from our team. Guests will be met at the Villa to proceed with the check-in and collect the keys. We do accommodate early check-in subject to availability.
The Villa Manager is on call anytime for whatever you might need. Our Concierge team is available to support you for any enquires you think necessary to make your staying comfortable.

Flexible check-in/out :
We will be happy to provide you an early or late check in/out if possible!
The earliest and latest check in/out times will depend if there will be other guests check-out/on the same dates that you are checking in/out. So we will coordinate your preferences with the other guests' preferences and we’ll do our best to accommodate all.
