On the pool level, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and two bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with a single bed. All rooms have ensuite bathroom. On the ground level, there is an entrance, a living room and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the upper level, there is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
Last but not least, the property has a swimming pool with a sitting area.

This property is conveniently located in Kalafatis village, which is renown for its sandy & uncrowded beach and is only a few minutes drive from it. A few restaurants and cafes within this area are easily accesible, while for more exploration you may want to visit the nearby settlements or beaches, such as Lia or Kalo Livadi.
