This beautifully finished ground-floor, two-bedroom apartment in Theseus Village is perfect for a relaxing holiday. A short stroll through the communal gardens leads to the swimming pools, with the Resort’s shops, restaurants, and amenities just minutes away.
The open-plan lounge and dining area features a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining table for six, with French doors opening onto a spacious furnished terrace ideal for alfresco dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite worktops, microwave, washing machine, and all modern conveniences.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower and marble vanity. The second bedroom has twin beds and a nearby shower room.
The terrace, complete with dining furniture and sun loungers, is perfect for enjoying the Cyprus sunshine. Communal pools, Village Square, Retreat Spa, golf clubhouse, and tennis academy are all within walking distance.
Apartments include below services:
- Mid-stay cleaning service is provided for stays of 7 nights or more.
- 5 hours complimentary access to the Kids Club (3-12yrs), per property for 7 days and more. Pre-booking required. Creche is excluded.
- A welcome parcel is provided.
Note: Sleeps up to 5 guests, including one child (up to 12 years) on a camp bed in the lounge. One baby cot per bedroom can be added at no extra cost.
- Additional children and infant in properties ( under 3 years old) will be free on accommodations ONLY.
- The extra bed can be replaced by another baby cot.

All the Resort’s facilities, including day passes for Aphrodite Hills Hotel, can be used by the Rentals guests at a fee and are subject to availability at time of booking.
