This brand new, luxurious Elite Junior Villa is splendidly furnished and equipped to a very high standard and is superbly positioned on the newly constructed Grand Poseidon complex overlooking the resort main entrance. This spectacular east-facing property offers pleasing views of the dramatic ravine and towards the crystal blue sea. It is just a couple of minutes stroll from the Village Square shops and restaurants and the sports and leisure amenities of the resort.

The interior of the villa is stylish and modern and offers bright and airy open plan living areas. Attention to detail is evident everywhere with the highest quality wood finished kitchen units, lavish marble bathrooms and marble or parquet flooring throughout.

The impressive entrance opens into the spacious open plan living/dining area which features sets of French doors opening out onto the pool terrace. The lounge is beautifully finished with a warm grey L-shaped sofa, large flat-screen TV and delightful accessories and wall art throughout. There is a second lounge area within this same space featuring a 3-seater blue sofa. The adjacent dining area with modern dining table and chairs sits alongside the open kitchen space. The kitchen is fitted with stylish high-gloss and wooden finished units and is well stocked with all necessary utensils and top quality equipment, including electric oven and hob, integrated dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The ground floor also has a conveniently located guests WC.

Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom suite is beautifully fitted with parquet floor and features attractive drapes and soft light-coloured furnishings. Furnished with a king size bed, TV, dresser and matching side tables it offers a private balcony offering stunning side sea views. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a wash basin in a marble vanity unit, and shower.

The second and third bedrooms are equally stylish, both with twin beds (zip & lock) one with a side sea-view facing balcony and the other towards the back of the villa. These 2 rooms have use of the adjacent bath/ shower room.

The high standards continue outside. A covered veranda leads off from the lounge and is furnished with a table and chairs, whilst to the side of the villa the barbeque area with portable barbeque perfect for preparing al-fresco meals. This shady spot also features comfortable, cushioned chairs for relaxing. For the sun seekers sunbeds are provided at the pool-side. The inviting swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot summer’s day, and during cooler months the pool can be heated if required*. A colorful border of fragrant plants, bushes and fruit trees completes the picture.

The village square, spa, golf clubhouse and tennis academy are all just a short stroll, to make this a highly desirable choice.
