Hermes Estate is an elegant and spacious property located on a hill 300m from the sea’s edge with wonderful unobstructed views across the beach of Ftelia. The villa offers a lot of privacy and is just a short 10-minute drive to several beautiful beaches.
The property is extending in a huge plot of unsurpassed comfort in 2 levels: the ground floor and the lower ground floor. It comprises 9 bedrooms and 2 swimming pools which someone can find in the multiple buildings of the estate.
Facing the west, you enjoy a beautiful sunset. The north wind, usually intense in August, is blowing on the side of the building, making it much milder in the areas of the pergola and the swimming pool. The estate is arranged on two levels of an unmistakably Mykonian, stone-built, and whitewashed design. The minimal interior spaces are decorated with furniture in pale ivory tones and wooden elements. For classic Myconian al fresco dining experiences, there are shaded outdoor dining and lounge spaces. This house has been designed to accommodate 18 people in comfort and style!
