Villa Phoenix I is a brand-new villa in the middle of cosmopolitan Mykonos in the Kalafatis area. The Property Propertyrvelous panoramic view of the famous beach of Kalafatis and of the Aegean Blue—a unique place to spend time and create memorable experiences with your friends and family.
The property Property has 11 guests, divided into three levels: the ground level, the upper level, and the lower level. The ground level has a living room area and a double bedroom, the upper level has a double bedroom, and the lower level, which is also the pool level, has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as two double bedrooms and one single bedroom (staff room). The villa’s bedrooVilla’s ensuite bathrooms have a sea and beach view from each window, making it a perfect villa.
