Overview
The villa was designed by a renowned French architect. You will feel at the end of the world (no direct neighborhood) while being only a few minutes away from the famous village of Elounda. It has many terraces equipped with adjustable bioclimatic pergolas and offers breathtaking views of the UNESCO heritage island of Spinalonga, the bay of Mirabello, and the mountains of Sitia in the background. The bay windows allow you to enjoy this incredible landscape and give the impression of sailing on the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea.
The house offers all the comforts with perfect insulation (acoustic and thermal) and a very functional plan guaranteeing privacy and tranquility for everyone. It is organized into three separate wings (two on the upper floor and one on the lower floor), each wing comprising 2 bedrooms. Thus, the villa can easily accommodate three families. Each of the 6 rooms has its own shower/bath and offers an incredible view of the island of Spinalonga or the beautiful bay of Elounda.
For those who want to stay in shape, you can enjoy a fully equipped gym, while watching the news or listening to music. The villa is also equipped with a cinema room with incredible sound and image quality. For music lovers, the house has sound speakers in every room and around the pool. Finally, for families with young children, we have all the necessary equipment (cots, high chairs, baby cook...)
Upper level: Large living room, dining room, and open kitchen, surrounded by fully retractable bay windows and opening onto beautiful terraces with breathtaking views: two shaded areas for lunch or dinner, and three relaxing areas, perfect for relaxing or having an aperitif.
