Situated on a gentle hillside overlooking the sea, on the beautiful island of Crete, the stunning Villa Minos, is surrounded by handmade stone walls containing mature gardens with numerous olive trees, and a Mediterranean plantation.

Architectural features include exposed stone walls, beautiful natural hardwood floors in the bedrooms, marble and stone floors in the rest of the spaces, and breathtaking sea views as well.

Villa Description
The wonderful 456 m2 Villa Minos, lies on 3 levels has 8 bedrooms, and can totally accommodate up to 16 guests.

On the Ground Level, there is a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a high ceiling, fireplace, Satellite TV dining table (seats approx. 8), and study area. French doors open onto a shaded lounge terrace with access to the pool area. A fully-equipped kitchen with a door leading to the outdoor terrace, W.C., and two bedrooms are also located on this level: A Bedroom with a 1.60m bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower attachment and a bedroom (access via separate external entrance) with 1.60 bed, ensuite shower room.

On the First Level, there are two bedrooms: The Master bedroom with 1.80 beds and ensuite bathroom with rain shower, a large terrace with great sea views, and a Bedroom (access via external staircase) with 1.60m bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower attachment.

On the Lower Level, there are four bedrooms: Three ensuite twin / double beds bedrooms and an ensuite double bedroom with 1.60 bed and doors where leading to the pool area. A Laundry room, a fully equipped gym, and table tennis can be also found on this level.

The Outdoor area of 13,700 m2 landscaped with terraced gardens featuring olive trees and garden pavilions take advantage of the wonderful views. Broad terraces with built-in seating areas surround the pools and the Villa Minos offers magical views. The stunning infinity-edge pool creates the impression that the water extends to the Mediterranean and is the ideal spot for serendipity moments.
