The wonderful 200m2 Villa Iria, has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

On the Ground Level, there is a cozy living room with a sofa bed and smart T/V, a dining table for up to 6 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, and two ensuite bedrooms: A bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. On this level, there is direct access to the pool & outdoor area.

On the First Level, there is an ensuite bedroom with a double bed and a balcony overwatching the swimming pool and the beach!

The outdoor area will offer its guests moments of serenity and calmness. The private swimming pool including a jacuzzi is the ideal setup to relax on the sun loungers, enjoying a refreshing cocktail under the sun. The private spacious garden with a shaded dining area featuring a BBQ for gatherings, and memorable moments gazing at the beach right in front of guests’ eyes and just meters away from the Villa.
