It measures 330m2 and is built on 2 levels consisted of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. This luxurious property accommodates up to 10 guests. The Villa is superb, with high ceilings, spacious rooms, a 100m2 overflow pool, and minimal decoration. The first level includes the vast living room, the kitchen with built-in Gaggenau appliances, and a double-size bedroom along with a bathroom. At this main level, you can drink your morning coffee at the beautiful balcony that gazes at the pool and the azure shores of East Attica Greece. Additionally, inside the living room, someone can spot great pieces of art which decorate the well-designed interior space. Between the two levels, there is an entresol connected with a beautiful wooden staircase, a bathroom, and an office with a view of the Bibliotheque.
On the ground level, you will experience the personal touch of the owner and browse through all the book titles that rest at this Bibliotheque. You will also find two different bedrooms with direct access to the pool with bunk beds and single beds as well as a bathroom. On the same floor though you will find the magnificent Valentina Room as the owner calls it, with a very detailed and unique theme with its private bathroom and double-size bed. Last, but not least, on the same floor rests the Executive Bedroom, double size bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a private entrance through the gardens. It is worth mentioning that this particular villa is one of the best examples of Greek hospitality with a unique architectural style.
